Operation Clean Sweep Southern Dallas County (OCS) is comprised of the cities of Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, Lancaster and Oak Cliff. OCS focus is to assist these five communities in becoming more sustainable cities by acting as a resource, an advocate, and a supporter. The organization's Work Plan is divided into five (5) committees - education, events, governmental issues, property beautification, and database of allies.
The OCS Board of Directors is comprised of community volunteers, leaders, city staff representatives, elected officials, and ministerial alliance members who all serve on the board voluntarily and work cooperatively to achieve the goals of the organization. There is equal representation from each member community.
